Shipping

• Orders ship from Arizona within 2–4 business days.
• Free US shipping on orders $100+. Orders under $100 ship at the carrier's calculated rate (USPS or UPS), shown at checkout before you pay.
• US delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after your order ships.
• You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

International

• We ship worldwide with USPS. Rates are calculated at checkout, and orders $200+ ship free with Standard International.
• International delivery usually takes 6–21 business days. Duties and import taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email sales@floatin.store and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.
